Section 01

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make sites work as the author intended, to improve the experience across repeat visits, and to give site owners some understanding of how people navigate their pages.

When you load a page on panyacoz.pro, your browser may store one or more of these files. On a later visit, the browser sends the stored data back to our server so we can recognise returning visitors and recall settings you chose previously.

Cookies do not execute code on your device, and they do not give us access to files stored outside the browser's own data area. The information they carry is limited to what the site itself placed there.

Section 03

Third-party services

Some cookies are set by external services that we use to measure and improve the site. These services have their own privacy and cookie policies, which govern how they handle the data they collect.

Google Analytics

Aggregated usage data — pages visited, session length, referral source. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Meta (Facebook) Pixel

Conversion tracking for any Facebook or Instagram advertising we run. Governed by Meta's Data Policy.

Google Maps

An embedded map on our contact page may set cookies related to the Maps service. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Section 04

Section 07

Your rights and options

Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and applicable data protection principles, you have the right to withdraw your consent to optional cookies at any time. Doing so will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdrew consent.

You may also request information about what personal data we hold, ask for corrections, or request that certain data be deleted — to the extent permitted by law. For any such requests, please write to us at [email protected].

Disabling optional cookies does not prevent you from using the site, though some minor features (such as pre-filled language preferences) may not function as you would expect on return visits. Essential cookies remain active regardless of your other choices.

If you have a question about this policy or about how we handle personal data more broadly, our Privacy Policy provides further detail.
