Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

2. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting an enquiry form, making payment, or participating in any programme activity, you indicate that you have read and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you should not enrol or access programme materials.

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering a binding agreement under Thai law to enrol in a programme.

3. Programme Description and Availability

We offer three part-time online AI development programmes: Python and Data Fundamentals (12 weeks), Applied Machine Learning Track (16 weeks), and End-to-End AI Engineering Programme (6 months). All programmes are delivered online via scheduled live sessions, supplemented by recorded walk-throughs and office hours.

Programmes run in cohorts on a rolling schedule. Places are limited per cohort. Enrolment in a specific cohort is confirmed only after payment has been received and acknowledged by us.

We reserve the right to reschedule, adjust, or cancel a cohort where necessary (for example, due to insufficient enrolment or circumstances outside our control). In such cases, we will offer affected learners a place in the next available cohort or a full refund.

4. Enrolment

To enrol, you must submit an enquiry, receive confirmation of programme availability, and complete payment. Enrolment is personal and non-transferable without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the prerequisite knowledge described for each programme before enrolling. If we determine that your background does not meet the stated prerequisites, we may recommend a more suitable starting programme. We will not charge you for a programme you have not yet paid for.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Intellectual Property

All programme content — including session recordings, project briefs, written materials, and course structure — is the intellectual property of Panya Code. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own personal learning during and for a reasonable period after the programme.

Your own project work remains your intellectual property. By submitting project work, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use anonymised examples for teaching and curriculum development purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Payment Terms

Fees

All fees are stated in Thai Baht (THB) and include access to all sessions, recordings, project materials, and office hours for the programme. No additional fees apply for materials.

Payment plans

For the Engineering Programme, a two-part payment arrangement (50% at enrolment, 50% at the programme midpoint) may be requested at the time of enquiry. Payment plan availability is at our discretion.

Refund policy

If you withdraw more than 14 days before the cohort start date, you are entitled to a full refund. If you withdraw within 14 days of the start date but before the first session, you are entitled to a 50% refund. No refund is available once the cohort has begun, except in exceptional circumstances considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a withdrawal, contact us at [email protected].

8. Programme-Specific Terms

Access to session recordings is provided for the duration of the cohort and for 12 months following its conclusion. After that period, we cannot commit to continued availability of specific recording materials.

We do not issue formal certificates or credentials on completion of our programmes. Learners receive a confirmation letter of completion on request.

Programme schedules are provided in Indochina Time (UTC+7). You are responsible for managing your own time zone and technical requirements (a reliable internet connection and suitable device for participating in online sessions).

9. Disclaimers

Programmes are provided in good faith and with reasonable care, but we make no warranty that participation will lead to any specific career outcome, employment result, or measurable skill increase. Learning outcomes depend substantially on the effort, prior knowledge, and circumstances of each individual learner.

Content is provided for educational purposes. It does not constitute professional advice in any regulated field.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability to you in connection with any programme or this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for that programme. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of income or business opportunity, arising from your participation or inability to participate in a programme.

We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances outside our control, including internet outages, platform failures, or force majeure events.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Panya Code and its instructors harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of this Agreement or your conduct in connection with a programme.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to programme materials without refund if you materially breach these Terms — for example, by sharing session access credentials, distributing content without permission, or engaging in disrespectful conduct toward instructors or other learners.

You may withdraw from a programme at any time subject to the refund terms in Section 7. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts.

You may also have rights under the Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2522 (1979) and related Thai consumer protection legislation.

14. General Provisions

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify enrolled learners of material changes by email at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued participation in a programme after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version of these Terms is always available on this page.
